Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the contest only open to U.S. residents?
We would love to offer the contest as a world-wide event, however,
we simply do not have the resources to successfully orchestrate
an event of this magnitude. To compound the issue, the organizers of this
event are all volunteers so we all have serious time
limitations. We apologize for not being able to offer this event outside
of the U.S. and we do appreciate your interest!
Who are the organizers of this contest?
This event was organized by Page Brooks and Dave Campbell. With additional assistance from
Brian Hitney, Tim Heuer, Adam Kinney, Shawn Wildermuth, and Pete Brown, this event was organized
in just a few short weeks. A special Thanks goes out to all of the contributors who help to make this contest possible!
Is this contest related to the INETA Silverlight Challenge?
Although both events are being held at nearly the same time, this contest is separate
from the INETA Silverlight Challenge.
However, you can and should participate in both contests! You will not be
disqualified from our contest for doing so.
Can I submit more than one entry to the contest?
No. In order for the contest to be fair, we ask that you only submit one entry to
the contest.
Can I help with the judging?
We have already decided our judges for the contest this year. Please don't let that
stop you from asking us. We still need backup judges. Also, you may be able to
help with the judging next time around.
I am interested in helping to promote the contest. How can I help?
Since this is a new contest, we need all the help we can get to spread the word!
